This is a 45 hour course that qualifies participants to become professional Crisis managers and allows them to become members of the Institute for Crisis Resolution, Peacebuilding and Conciliation (ICRPC). It consist of lectures/instructions, drills and small group activities, reflection, examinations and post course assignments. At successful completion of the course, candidates become Certified Crisis Managers.

Int’l Mediation, Negotiation and Leadership Training: Ghana, Dubai, London, USA or CANADA

This is an international training program that provides global perspective on ADR and effective leadership. Designed to strengthen participant’s capacities to anticipate and respond to conflict and crisis, to work effectively in conflict environments and defuse them, and to enrich their development practice with conflict resolution tools, techniques and planning mechanisms.
